Organ Project
The organ project is now underway! After nearly 40 years since the last overhaul, the church's organ has been showing the effects of age and wear and tear. The church has contracted with the
Peebles-Herzog organ company of Columbus, OH for a complete rebuild and expansion of the instrument. Work began on January 8, 2007 with the removal phase of the project. On February 26, 2007, the Peebles-Herzog crew returned with the completed instrument and has begun the installation process. The rebuilt instrument features new foundation stops, and a new, moveable drawknob console.
