| Building upon a background of sales and
construction, HHC, Inc., was formed in 1977. Our organization is ideally suited to respond
to your requirements. We have a drafting facility available to help you custom-design just
the home you want. Most of the homes that we build are customized to incorporate
individual tastes and desires - either by deviating from one of the standard model designs
or by creating a unique design from plans that you provide us. We use our own home as a model, to provide our prospective customers with the "log home" feeling, since some have never experienced really being inside one. This offers our customers a chance for personal evaluation before they make a commitment. These homes are not precut kits. We do all the notching and cutting on location. Another advantage provided by HHC, Inc., is that we use linear logs. The term "linear" means we start with full-sized logs that are cut to the required length on site. We work very closely with our customers and consequently can make last-minute changes on doors and windows, an option that comes with a substantial price tag from other builders who use precut materials. Changes are more easily accommodated because of the linear log approach, and you'll find our prices are considerably less expensive than those who offer comparable quality. Also, dormers or front extensions, which are not shown on all the floor plans, can be incorporated on most models. We like to personally evaluate your prospective home site and provide you with our professional opinion of where your home should be situated on your property. Although we have no financing available directly from HHC, Inc., we will work with you to prepare the paperwork necessary to request financing from your local institution. |
