"The little beagle puppy called Maggie"
Maggie was dropped off by a woman at the kennel where my girlfriend works. Stacie brought her home and she hasn't left, we don't want her to. She is so adorable, and like Fancy she fit right in.
Maggie is the true omega. Submissive in every way, she rolls on her back & instigates play - true omega behaviors. She'll jump on Fancy, Chip & Quincy, jump over them, crawl under them,and nip at their legs until she gets a response.
She's also a little vacuum. Sometimes the grey's get sloppy while eating treats & Maggie will scavenge them up. She'll also hide treats for later & bring them out & eat them in front of the greys. She only does that when I'm around, because she knows that Quincy & Fancy won't bother her if I'm in the room. (As long as Chip's on the love seat he ain't getting up for nothing)! It's like she's saying "Ha Ha look at what I got!"
She also is the only one allowed to sleep on the bed all night. But only because she fits. The grey's are allowed up in the morning before we all get up. And get this - she snores!! She snores like an old man- especially when she's really tired. It's hysterical!
Maggie's about 20 lbs. & came into our lives on February 17th, 1998. She is the perfect compliment to these greyhounds & we feel fortunate to have all them!
