quality and value that we can provide for your event.
To assist with this, please review the following information.

Booking Your Event

To Schedule an event please call or email to check our availability and for our
performance fee.  The general information we will require are:

Date, time and length of performance
Address or location
Type of event or activity
Performance venue
(indoor or outdoor, size of stage, number of people, etc.)



Equipment

We provide all of our own instruments, gear & equipment including
a complete sound and lighting system.  For additional information,
please check out our Gear & Equipment page.

(We are also happy to work with venue and event provided sound and lighting systems.)



Performance Area - Electrical Supply

The band will need a suitable stage or floor area to set up our equipment
and a suitable electric power supply source.
Depending on the equipment we provide, our general power requirements are:

Instruments / Sound System   -   One (1) 120 volt, 20 amp circuit
Lighting System & Accessories   -   One (1) 120 volt, 20 amp circuit
(An additional circuit is appreciated but not always necessary.)



Outdoor Events

Due to the unpredictability of Mother Nature, we would like to be able to work with the weather and seasonal conditions that occur.  If our performance area is under shelter and protected from rain and moisture, this does not create a problem.
If we are in an open-air setting, we would like to reserve the right
to cancel the performance due to inclement conditions
(this is important not only for the care of and investment we have
in our equipment, but also for the personal safety of all involved).

If you find you must cancel or reschedule your event for any reason,
please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best
to work with you and any changes that may occur.

Also, due to the sensitive nature of our electronics, we prefer to work from
the local electric power grid and not from a portable generator.



Set-up Time / Break

We can pre-set most of our equipment away from the stage area but we will
require several minutes of on-stage time prior to beginning our performance
for final placement and sound checks.

Depending on the length of performance and if needed, we may periodically take a brief break to allow for a voice rest.  If we do so, we can provide fill music via a CD or allow for an open mic period for any announcements or other activity you may desire.



Promotional Information

We can assist with the promotion your event by listing your event details on our website and by notifying the "Friends of Silver Eclipse" via our email network. We can also list your event and include it with our flyer postings.

Silver Eclipse has several images that you are welcome to use in your promotional materials.  Please contact us for a printed copy of these items or to request an email copy.  These images may also be downloaded from our Promo Pictures page.



Miscellaneous

We periodically add new and additional songs to our list.  If you have special requests, please send them to us for review and to be sure that it is something that we can play and have sound good.  We strive for the best quality we can provide in all that we do.

We have a Demo CD available of several songs we have recorded.
If you are interested in booking our group and wish to hear what we sound like, please contact us and we will be glad to send a copy.  For your convenience, you
