Barbara  JoAnn Bassett
     Barbara Joann Bassett Miller was born March 10, 1931 in Newcomerstown, Ohio and died September 16, 1996 in Cambridge Hospital, Cambridge, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Charles Hershel Bassett and Barbara Caroline Wagner.
